The insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF-1R) is a well-established tumor biomarker that is overexpressed in a wide variety of cancers, including lung cancer, colon cancer, and glioma. Mounting evidencehas demonstrated that there is a correlation between IGF-1R overexpression and tumor metastasis formation, therapyresistance, poor prognosis, and short survival. Therefore, IGF-1R has great value as a molecular. The objective of this project is to construct a novel IGF-1R targeting molecular imaging probe, and reveal IGF-1R expression by noninvasive PET / CT. It is expected to screen for cancer patients who would benefit from IGF-1R targeting therapy, to evaluate the efficacy and to predict the prognosis of cancer patients.
